3.Can I customize my own product?

--Yes. We can make your own design, logo, lable, package and etc.

4.What format of the file you need if I wanna do my own designs?

--PSD, AL or JPG files are all ok, picture size request over 600*1000pixel.

5.Can you send to Amazon directly?

--Yes. You can offer us the Amazon labels , then we will help to stick on boxes and cartons , and shipping to the warehouse directly.

6.Can i get or make the samples?

--Yes. Our some current samples are free. But sample charge for OEM order. Sample charge will be refundable if order is up certain quantity.

7. How is your quality guarantee?

--We have our own professional QC team, all our goods must pass three time 100% inspection before shipment.

8.May l know the payment terms?

 --Paypal, credit card , T/T transfer are acceptable.

9.   What are the transportation ways?

-- By express DHL,UPS,TNT, Fedex etc, will take about 3-7 working days.

-- By sea,truck, rail etc, will take about 15-35 days.
